My current iPhone game screen. As you can see, I’m quite a sucker for turn based card games.

My iPhone First Page
Despite what the Teh Tarik Drinker says about the majority of iPhone users being giggling teenagers, the iPhone remains one of the best phones I’ve ever used. Here’s the front page of my phone with my most frequently used apps:

Sony Bravia W5500
Just bought a new 32″ TV for general use… haha, that’s a laugh. I bought it because I wanted a new machine to play the PS3 on and stream media files!
Harvey Norman had the 32W5500 for SGD849 (!!!) u.p. SGD1000++, which I picked up last week. Its a “pretty good” model, in the sense that it runs full HD at 1080p in addition to having a USB and ethernet port. The other TV I considered only ran up to 1080i, and with the other 38″ at home running the same, I thought I’d ignore the SGD200 difference and go for the superior model.
Anyway, for anybody who has any of the Bravia W5500 models, I would like to point you in this direction of perhaps the most comprehensive post on DLNA compatibility on the net over at the AVForums! Full props to French guy Joe76000.
At the current moment, I’m streaming files from my MBP > PS3 Media Server > Wireless Router > PS3 > W5500. As I wrote before, PS3 Media Server is able to transcode DivX files on the fly, so despite non-native support for your generic .avi files you get off #eztv and other BT sources, you’re able to view stuff in pretty high resolution. However, I plan to bypass the PS3 soon, as PS3 Media Server is also DNLA certified thus *should* be able to serve files directly from my Mac to the W5500. Will post up results in a later update.
